This role focuses on instructional design, program delivery, and cross‑functional collaboration to elevate employee development at the Columbus corporate office. The position oversees LMS operations, content loading, user support, and reporting while partnering with HR, IT, and SMEs to align training with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing a Learning Management System.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS day-to-day operations, ensuring accessibility and usability.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, and LMS support to troubleshoot issues and ensure system integration.
• Monitor learner progress, completion rates, and feedback; provide regular reports.
