Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Learning and Development Manager to lead our LMS, develop and curate training content, and steer the strategic direction of eLearning across the organization. The role focuses on optimizing learning experiences for employees and driving measurable outcomes.

The position requires 4–6 years of LMS experience, strong instructional design skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience managing a Learning Management System.
• Strong instructional design and content development skills.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and multimedia content creation.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage LMS day-to-day operations and ensure usability.
• Oversee content loading, curation, and tagging for searchability.
• Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and IT to align training with business needs.
• Develop engaging eLearning modules, videos, quizzes, and materials.
• Generate reports to measure training effectiveness and deliver quarterly updates.
