Job summary

Pixelle Speciality Solutions in Spring Grove, PA is seeking a Training Manager to identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis and performance appraisals. You will develop training matrices to align organizational design with skill needs and ensure consistent training methods across the mill.

You will own the implementation and usage of a learning management system for operational training, supervise training coordinators, and mentor a designated trainer program.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs through job analysis and performance appraisals.
• Develop training matrices aligning design with skill needs and staffing.
• Ensure consistent training methods across the mill and conduct training as warranted.
• Own LMS implementation, administration, and usage for operational training.
• Supervise training coordinators and mentor a designated trainer program.
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire performance evaluations with direct supervisor.
