Plexus Corp. is seeking a Training Specialist I in Wisconsin to develop and deliver training programs, leveraging foundational knowledge and a passion for continuous learning.

You will support global training processes, maintain data accuracy in the LMS, and help ensure compliance across procedures and training matrices. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ year of related experience, and a keen interest in instructional design and technical skills development within a dynamic team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
• Enthusiastic for learning with exposure to instructional design principles and technical skill development.

Responsibilities

• Administer learning management system training to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
• Support communication and alignment of global training processes and programs.
• Manage training processes to ensure compliance with procedures and training matrix requirements.
• Facilitate the delivery of training materials to ensure effective content delivery.
