Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of work performed and outcomes delivered.
• Convert TEFL Certification chaos into an actionable backlog.
• Keep the CA engine running while rebuilding parts of it.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for tasks.
• Guard the Baker Tilly customer experience through Adobe Captivate changes.
• Monitor work quality and flag issues before escalation.
• Question briefs when they don’t match reality.
• Ensure timely delivery with high standards of quality.
