Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in training / instruction.
• Adult Learning Facilitation: Skilled in utilizing a broad range of facilitation methods to meet learning outcomes.
• Training Needs Analysis: Experience performing needs assessments and action plans.
• Learning Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with LMS and e-learning tools.
• Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Ability to foster a solution-minded environment.
• Change Leadership: Ability to drive organizational change.
• Employee Engagement Strategies: Implementing strategies to keep employees motivated.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Coaching employees through matrixed relationships.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Emotional Intelligence: High self-awareness and interpersonal skills.
• Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts to maintain productive environments.
• Flexibility and Adaptability: Adapt facilitation to changing needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training programs, workshops, and learning experiences that support employee development and business objectives.
• Apply adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to engage participants and drive retention.
• Adapt delivery methods to meet diverse learner groups and varying levels of experience.
• Observe employee performance during training and provide timely, constructive feedback to support skill development.
• Design, develop, and maintain learning solutions, including training materials, job aids, facilitator guides, and assessments.
• Partner with L&D leadership, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to update content and develop new programs.
• Facilitate a positive, inclusive learning environment and effectively manage group dynamics.
