Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Management, HR, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, Psychology, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years in Learning and Development or related field.
• Experience in IDD environment supporting individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
• Strong program and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward-looking learning and development strategy aligned with PCC's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning programs across compliance, onboarding, leadership, and role-based training.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning programs including needs assessment, design, scheduling, and evaluation.
• Oversee LMS operations and training compliance processes with accurate tracking and reporting.
• Lead curriculum strategy and execution for PCC Learning Academy, coordinating trainers and materials.
• Maintain learning content, paths, and annual training calendar to support development.
• Use data and feedback to identify gaps and evolve programs.
