Job summary

CARF International is seeking a Team Lead, Learning & Development to guide the design, development, and delivery of engaging learning solutions that propel organizational success. You will partner with SMEs, HR, operations and business development to create accessible programs that enhance customer engagement and staff competency.

The ideal candidate combines adult learning expertise with strong leadership and project management skills, and will mentor other professionals while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRD, instructional design, education, or related field with 7+ years related professional experience required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Specialized training in full-cycle instructional systems design and complex project management.
• Experience with learning technology (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, LMS, webinar platforms).
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to manage large-scale learning initiatives.
• Confidentiality, ethics, and professional standards are essential.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders to meet strategic goals.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of high-impact learning solutions across the organization.
• Partner with SMEs, HR, operations, and business development to align with priorities.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements for customer engagement and talent development.
• Mentor and support other learning professionals within the team.
