Job summary

Uline is seeking a 2027 Instructional Design Intern to gain hands-on experience creating training content and supporting employee growth. This paid, 12-week internship is open to junior-status college students and is conducted on-site at Uline's Pleasant Prairie location.

You'll build training modules, research leadership development topics, and review feedback to improve materials, all under the guidance of a dedicated mentor and with complimentary housing for out-of-town interns.

Qualifications

• Full-time, 12-week internship open to junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.
