Job summary

Siemens Mobility is offering a 10-12-week internship at the New Castle, Delaware location. You will join the NAM Mobility Training Academy to gain hands-on experience in creating and managing high-quality training programs for customers and internal teams.

You will learn instructional design concepts, learning technology, and content development while collaborating with experienced professionals. This role focuses on developing materials, supporting training initiatives, and contributing to

Qualifications

• Availability: 40 hours per week from June to August
• Work authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Pursuing an undergraduate BA/BS with rising junior or senior status

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members on developing and editing training materials.
• Assist in organizing and cataloging training resources and documentation.
• Participate in shadow sessions to understand learning methodologies.
• Support the creation of CBT modules, videos and job aids.
• Contribute to curriculum documentation for training programs.
• Help compile and analyze training feedback data.
• Develop communication materials for training initiatives.
• Assist in creating facilitator and user guides and quick-reference materials.
• Engage in project coordination and support various training initiatives.
• Research learning best practices and trends in training and development.
• Work on a capstone project and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
