Job summary

Bigos Management, Inc. seeks a Learning & Development Intern to assist with training administration, content support, and onboarding tasks.

You will work with L&D partners to manage LMS content, track progress, and help coordinate training sessions and events. Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final-year students in Adult Learning, Education, or HR, with a passion for developing others and a strong eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or in final coursework in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, HR, or related field
• Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Prior customer service experience is a must
• Ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Assist with auditing and updating training content and materials
• Maintain content in the LMS and track completion
• Monitor LMS for incomplete training and send reminders
• Maintain registration records for internal and external opportunities
• Assist with onboarding learning plans and progress tracking
• Support facilitation of training sessions and classes
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions and events
• Develop knowledge of L&D policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the L&D Team to enhance employee experience
• Participate in projects to meet deadlines
