Qualifications

• Understanding of training principles and adult education theory.
• Experience using training content development programs.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of recruiting processes.
• Design and deploy training programs for the sales teams.
• Create systems training for efficient practices.
• Operationalize a knowledge base for sales teams.
• Assist with collection and distribution of SOPs.
