Job summary

Accelevation, located in Miamisburg, OH, is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to help build onboarding programs, career development initiatives, and learning analytics. You will collaborate with L&D and HR leaders on projects spanning resource management and employee engagement.

Experience in instructional design, data analysis, project management, and learning technologies will be gained while contributing to our people development strategy and shaping future talent.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or recently graduated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear and engaging learning materials.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage learning resources, information, and project documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, professional work.
• Comfortable using digital tools to create presentations, documents, guides, videos, and training materials.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in evaluating learning effectiveness and employee development data.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for developing practical learning solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and facilitate engaging Learning Power Hour sessions.
• Assist in creating new hire learning roadmaps, including required training, role-specific resources, and recommended learning activities.
• Organise and maintain learning materials and resources within Insider to ensure easy accessibility and usability.
• Categorise learning resources by skill, role, department, and development need.
• Collect, analyse, and summarise learning data, including course completion rates, learner feedback, utilization metrics, skills gaps, and programme effectiveness.
• Support the creation and maintenance of presentations, guides, job aids, videos, and other learning resources.
• Assist with learning and career development initiatives across the organisation.
• Support employee engagement and development projects as assigned.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as needed.
