Job summary

Vermeer is seeking a Training and Development Specialist Intern to assist in designing, developing, and evaluating training programs for team members. This onsite role partners with content experts to create curricula, deliver training, and assess outcomes on a Vermeer campus.

Current students pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate’s in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or Adult Learning are encouraged to apply; prior internship is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of adult learning methodology and evaluation.
• Ability to develop training materials for multiple delivery methods.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess learning needs and plan accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and evaluating training programs.
• Develop training curriculum with content experts.
• Facilitate training according to plan and evaluate effectiveness.
• Research and suggest materials or tools from external sources.
• Coordinate with SMEs to develop quality training presentations and projects.
• Communicate clearly with learners at all levels of the organization.
