Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, or Adult Learning.
• Previous internship is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing training curriculum with content experts using adult learning methods.
• Consult with stakeholders to assess learning needs and plan accordingly.
• Evaluate and improve existing training programs using assessment tools.
• Help facilitate training according to the training plan.
