Qualifications

• Must maintain a 3.0 GPA or higher at all times; transcript required.
• Experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate.
• Part-time (20 hours/week) through the year; on-site only.
• US work authorization; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating instructional materials, adapting content for learners, and designing resources.
• Engage in full-cycle recruiting including intake meetings, sourcing, selection processes, interviews, and offers.
• Support the development of training roadmaps, research, and evaluation of learning effectiveness.
• Provide LMS administration support and contribute to learning initiatives.
