This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of your time.
This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through various delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services.
Preferred experience in: Training, Facilitation, or related disciplines; Sales experience in consumer banking, business banking, or licensed banking.
License or Certification: Training and Facilitation certification required within 1 year of hire.

Salary ranges vary by location: In NC and SC, generally between $85,000 and $109,000; in GA, between $90,000 and $110,000. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Total compensation may include incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards.
