This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of your time.
This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through a range of delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service role within financial services OR a High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of similar experience.
Preferred Experience: Training, Facilitation, or related discipline; sales experience in consumer banking, business banking, or financial licensed banking.
License/Certification: Training and Facilitation certification required within 1 year of hire.

The role's base pay varies by location: between $85,000 and $109,000 in NC and SC, and between $90,000 and $110,000 in GA. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, benefits, and other awards.
