This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of your time.
This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through a range of delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services
Preferred Area of Experience: Training, Facilitation, or related discipline, Sales experience in consumer banking, business banking, or financial licensed banking.
License or Certification Type: Training and Facilitation certification required within 1 year of hire

If hired in NC, SC, the base pay for this position is generally between $85,000 and $109,000. If hired in GA, FL, the base pay for this position is generally between $90,000 and $110,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
