Job description

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of your time.

This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through various delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitation: Leads the successful execution of assigned core curriculum classes through various delivery methods. Identifies process inefficiencies and recommends enhancements to L&TD offerings. Attends training webinars and workshops to apply facilitation techniques.
  • Course Management: Uses learning management system reporting to monitor associate enrollment and feedback. Orders materials, assigns external work, and prepares classrooms for in-person delivery. Reviews and suggests modifications to learning content.
  • Program Development: Supports the evolution of L&TD programs by seeking out new knowledge on learning solution design and industry class concepts. Assists in program evaluation, including assessing processes and results, to align with Bank goals and objectives.
  • Subject Expertise: Acts as a subject matter expert on facilitation and learning solutions. Participates in creating and maintaining core curriculum learning plans and resources. Supports specialized workshops and forums.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services OR a High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience: Training, Facilitation, or related discipline; sales experience in consumer banking, business banking, or licensed banking.

License or Certification: Training and Facilitation certification required within 1 year of hire.

If hired in NC or SC, the base pay ranges from $85,000 to $109,000. In GA, FL, the range is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual starting pay depends on skills, experience, location, and other factors. Total compensation may include incentives, bonuses, benefits, and other awards.
