This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. This role requires flexibility to travel up to 75% of your time.
This position facilitates Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) courses through various delivery channels across multiple Bank locations. Responsible for the content, materials, and success of assigned core curriculum classes. Learns and recommends industry methods for design and facilitation to maximize associate development. Participates in the design and creation of learning solutions.
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience in a customer-facing or service-oriented role within financial services OR a High School Diploma or GED with 7 years of relevant experience.
Preferred experience in Training, Facilitation, or related disciplines, with sales experience in consumer or business banking, or financial licensed banking.
Training and Facilitation certification is required within 1 year of hire.
