Job summary

Sunward is seeking a Learning & Development leader responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs company-wide. You will oversee onboarding, curriculum development, and budgeted training initiatives to enhance employee engagement and member experiences.

You will lead the L&D team, conduct needs analyses, collaborate with leadership, and ensure training aligns with Sunward's goals and service standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in training/adult learning, incl. management/supervisory programs.
• 3+ years in a leadership role with decision-making, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in adult learning, education, behavioral sciences, business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead the Learning & Development staff to deliver effective training services.
• Identify training needs and deliver timely, relevant solutions that elevate member experiences.
• Assess strategic and operational training needs and partner with management to plan strategies.
• Develop and oversee curricula and determine instructional methodologies (in-person, remote, online, video).
• Oversee training budgets and administrative aspects, including staff management.
