Responsibilities

• Design training programs using adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Develop and deliver education programs integrating technical content and learning science.
• Create materials connecting business needs to learning outcomes and assessments.
• Lead ILT, virtual sessions, and blended learning; support e-learning modules.
• Maintain LMS records, track enrollment/completion, and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with managers/SMEs to drive targeted learning initiatives.
