Job summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to partner with HR and leaders to deliver training programs and development resources across the organization. You will manage logistics, LMS administration, communications, and participant engagement to ensure effective learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or OD is a plus.
• Experience coordinating training programs or events is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programs and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage training logistics, LMS processes, registrations, and reporting.
• Support vendor relationships and program communications.
• Maintain learning portals and materials for accessibility and up-to-date information.
• Collect feedback and summarize data to drive improvements.
