Job summary

HART United in North Haven, CT seeks a Training Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and evaluate employee training and development programs. You will lead onboarding, maintain training records, and ensure regulatory compliance across departments.

The role requires collaboration with leadership, strong organizational skills, and experience with LMS platforms and adult learning principles. This is a full-time exempt position located in North Haven.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all employee training and professional development activities.
• Schedule and organize workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions.
• Develop annual training calendars and learning plans.
• Update training materials, presentations, and job aids.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback.
• Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires.
• Partner with managers to support employee integration and engagement.
• Track mandatory training requirements and certifications.
• Provide monthly training reports on upcoming expirations.
• Maintain training records and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage registrations, attendance, and course completion in LMS.
• Produce learning-and-development reports and metrics.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs and gaps.
• Coordinate external trainers and vendors.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning.
• Collect data and feedback to improve programs; research trends.
