Job summary

Every Child's Hope is seeking a Training Coordinator in St. Louis, MO to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate staff training across all departments. This role manages onboarding and coordinates organization-wide training using in-person and virtual platforms, while maintaining the LMS and ensuring accurate records.

The ideal candidate will oversee training content, stay current with licensure and accreditation requirements, and collaborate to improve training quality and impact across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; training, facilitation, staff development, or child welfare experience will be considered.
• Three years of training, teaching, or group facilitation preferred; child welfare experience preferred.
• Experience with LMS, staff development, or accreditation compliance is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for staff across all departments.
• Maintain and enhance the Learning Management System (LMS) including scheduling and registration.
• Coordinate live in-person and virtual trainings (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Ensure training records meet state, federal, and accreditation standards.
