A well-established nonprofit organization is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to join its Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating learning initiatives, supporting employee development, and creating a seamless training experience from onboarding through ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer employee training programs, including new hire onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives
- Manage all training logistics, including scheduling, communications, attendance tracking, and training materials
- Coordinate approximately four organization-wide training programs annually
- Track employee training completion and maintain accurate training records within the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support the administration and coordination of the organization's performance evaluation process
- Prepare presentations, reports, and training materials using Microsoft Office
- Maintain and update training records in HealthStream and generate reports as needed
- Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure employees complete required training and development activities
- Monitor training deadlines and follow up with employees and managers as needed
- Assist with additional Human Resources and Learning & Development projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or a related field
- Previous experience coordinating employee training programs from an HR or Learning & Development perspective
- Experience using a Learning Management System preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-service mindset
