Job summary

STULZ USA is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to direct and coordinate employee training initiatives. The role focuses on managing the SuccessFactors LMS, developing engaging training materials, and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs.

The ideal candidate will have LMS administration experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with SMEs. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with LMS administration and training records management.
• Experience in designing and maintaining engaging learning materials.
• Ability to work with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS administration, course setup, and training records accuracy.
• Coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs and logistics.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to deliver effective learning programs.
• Design and update learner guides, SOPs, WIs, and eLearning content.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions and support facilitators.
• Maintain attendance and completion records and generate reports as needed.
• Assist workforce development initiatives and HR events as required.
• Travel up to 10% based on business needs.
