Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development professional to steer employee training initiatives. You will administer the SuccessFactors LMS, coordinate instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs, and support SMEs across functions to deliver impactful training materials.

You will design and maintain engaging content, guides, and SOPs, and provide hands-on support to facilitators. Travel up to 10% may be required to support programs and events.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or other Training or Human Resources certification preferred.
• Experience in Instructional Design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, Scribe, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in Adult Learning/ Instructional design principles.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required.
• SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of the SuccessFactors LMS, including course and learning path setup, training assignments, course requests, routine troubleshooting, learner support, and maintaining accurate training records.
• Coordinate and manage the logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs, including scheduling, learner communications, attendance tracking, materials preparation, technology and room setup, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, organize, and support the delivery of effective learning programs.
• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining engaging learning experiences and training materials, including learner guides, presentations, eLearning content, SOPs, WIs, and other learning experiences.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate assigned instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning activities and provide logistical and instructional support to facilitators as needed.
• Maintain training attendance and completion records, including entering attendance data and providing training reports as needed.
• Support initiatives that strengthen workforce capability and organizational performance (job fairs, new role support, HR events, cross-functional training, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 10% based on business needs.

Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate or co-facilitate assigned instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning activities and provide logistical and instructional support to facilitators as needed.

• Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employees
• Bi-lingual in Spanish or Burmese highly desired
