STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to direct, coordinate, and support employee training initiatives within the organization.
You will manage the SuccessFactors LMS, coordinate programs, and work with SMEs to deliver effective learning experiences. The role involves designing training materials, facilitating sessions, maintaining records, and supporting workforce development efforts across the company.

Education/Experience: College degree preferred with 2 or more years of related experience and/or trainingCertified Professional in Learning and Performance, or other Training or Human Resources certification preferredExperience in Instructional Design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, Scribe, etc.) preferredExperience in Adult Learning/ Instructional design principlesLearning Management System (LMS) administration experience requiredSuccessFactors experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Language Skills: Must possess excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of employeesBi-lingual in Spanish or Burmese highly desired
Mathematical Skills: Must have basic mathematics skills
