Job summary

STULZ is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to lead and support employee training initiatives within STULZ Air Technology systems. The role involves managing the SuccessFactors LMS, coordinating instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning programs, and developing engaging training materials.

The successful candidate will have a college degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience, LMS administration experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred with 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance, or other Training or Human Resources certification preferred.
• Experience in Instructional Design tools (Articulate Rise, Storyline, Canva, Vimeo, Scribe, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in Adult Learning/ Instructional design principles.
• Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience required.
• SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support LMS administration in SuccessFactors LMS, including course and learning path setup and records maintenance.
• Coordinate logistics of instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning training programs, including scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to gather information and support delivery of learning programs.
• Design and maintain engaging training materials such as learner guides, presentations, SOPs, WIs, and eLearning content.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on learning activities and provide support to facilitators.
• Maintain attendance and completion records and generate training reports as needed.
• Support workforce capability initiatives (HR events, cross-functional training, etc.).
• Travel up to 10% as needed.
