GFT in Mechanicsburg, PA seeks a Learning and Development Coordinator to join our HR team. This hybrid role combines learning admin, systems coordination, and event logistics to support Talent Management and Learning & Leadership Development efforts.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in HR/L&D, strong organizational skills, and experience with LMS platforms like Cornerstone or Workday. Growth potential in HR operations and people development is a key benefit.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting HR, Talent Management, Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Administers learning programs, tracks attendance, updates LMS, and prepares reports.
• Identifies training needs and supports program recommendations.
• Coordinates logistics for training sessions and events.
• Collects feedback and monitors training effectiveness metrics.
• Responds to training inquiries and supports managers with learning requests.
• Supports succession management and related organizational capacity courses.
