Job summary

Dentons US LLP seeks a Professional Development Coordinator to join our team in a hybrid role across Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, or St. Louis.

You will support planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, administer performance-review logistics, and collaborate with multiple departments to advance learning initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
• Must be detail-oriented and a critical thinker.
• Able to work with a team of highly-skilled professionals in situations that require sound judgment, diplomacy, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Able to work in the office three days a week, and remotely two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs, workshops, and related events.
• Help manage logistics for performance reviews and collaborate across departments to implement professional development programs.
• Coordinate multi-day training programs, virtual or in-person, and support program logistics.
• Create and maintain program pages in SharePoint and provide reports and analyses on training and review processes.
• Support the Firm’s Practice Advisor and Associate Mentor programs and mentor-related materials.
