Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our team in Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, or St. Louis. This hybrid role supports the Professional Development Managers and Director, advancing learning and performance initiatives across the firm.

The role involves planning, executing, and evaluating training programs, managing performance review logistics, and collaborating with multiple departments to implement development programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and confidentiality.
• Ability to work in the office three days a week, and remotely two days a week.
• Proactive with ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs.
• Manage LMS, MCLE tracking, and learning paths reports.
• Coordinate multi-day programs, virtual or in-person.
• Prepare CLE applications and coordinate in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support performance review processes and mentoring programs.
• Distribute communications and track attendance for events.
• Produce reports and conduct quality checks on feedback.
