Job summary

Dentons US LLP is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to support the firm’s learning and development initiatives from our Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Kansas City, St. Louis, or Charleston offices.

This hybrid role supports Professional Development Managers and the Director in planning, execution, and evaluation of training programs and performance processes. The Coordinator will manage LMS, coordinate CLE activities, and collaborate with clients, markets, and talent to ensure effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
• Must be detail‑oriented and a critical thinker.
• Able to work in the office three days a week, and remotely two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate training programs, workshops, and related events.
• Assist with planning and evaluation of performance reviews; coordinate across departments.
• Update and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and tracking databases.
• Prepare reports, statistical analyses, and program materials.
