Dentons US LLP in Chicago is seeking a Professional Development Coordinator to join our hybrid team. The role supports the Professional Development Managers and Director, advancing learning initiatives and performance management processes.

You will help plan, execute, and evaluate training programs, manage logistics for reviews, and collaborate across departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of professional development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience in a professional services setting (legal industry preferred).
• Must be detail‑oriented and a critical thinker.
• Able to work with a team of professionals with discretion and confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training programs, workshops, and related events.
• Assist in planning, execution, and evaluation of learning initiatives.
• Maintain the LMS and MCLE tracking databases.
• Support performance review processes and reporting.
• Coordinate multi‑day training programs and virtual or in‑person delivery.
• Create program portals and reports across departments.
• Support mentoring and advisor programs and related materials.
