Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant training experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications (CPR, Safety Care, Advanced Safety Care).
• Current DMH employees applying for this position must be free of discipline for six months. To promote to this position, you should be free of discipline for twelve months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs, administer assessments and certification requirements, provide coaching, and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Train staff in areas such as professional development, supervisory/managerial training, e-learning, and continuous improvement, using established educational requirements and procedures.
• Teach New Employee Orientation (NEO) and assist with CORE classes including CPR, First Aid, Safety Care, and Advanced Safety Care.
