Thomas J Henry Law, PLLC is seeking an accomplished Learning & Development Attorney in Texas. The role designs and delivers programs for attorneys, paralegals, and staff, combining personal injury litigation expertise with instructional design to strengthen skills and client service.

You will work with senior leadership to align training with firm goals, manage programs, and implement innovative learning experiences across virtual, in-person, and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• J.D. with Texas license required.
• 5+ years in personal injury litigation, legal training, or professional development.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation and trial preparation.
• Experience designing training for legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms and legal tech.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver attorney and staff learning programs.
• Create onboarding, CLE, professional development, and leadership training.
• Build curriculum focused on personal injury litigation and trial prep.
• Develop workshops, simulations, mock trials, and e-learning.
• Ensure content reflects Texas personal injury law and best practices.
• Coordinate training program logistics and evaluate effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify development needs and retention initiatives.
• Monitor trends in legal tech and integrate relevant topics.
