Job summary

Thomas J Henry Law is actively seeking a Case Development Intake Attorney to join our team in Texas. The role involves managing a docket of about 50 cases, developing medical damages, securing records, and coordinating with the litigation team to optimize case value. Candidates should have a JD and Texas license, 0-3 years in personal injury, strong writing skills, and the ability to supervise staff.

Bilingual (Spanish a plus) is valued. Relocation assistance and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• JD; must be licensed in Texas and in good standing.
• 0-3 years Personal Injury experience.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Working on cross-functional teams; supervising non-attorneys preferred.

Responsibilities

• Intake function and case development.
• Investigate and develop commercial cases with assigned case manager.
• Accept incoming calls from potential new clients and ascertain relevant facts.
• Sign up cases and manage communications with clients and adjusters; prepare status reports.
