Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is seeking an experienced attorney-development professional for a fully remote, full-time role aligned with US Eastern Time hours. You will design and oversee learning and development programs, coach attorneys, and build programs that advance associates' careers.

Collaborate with partners and firm leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and use data to drive talent decisions while fostering a sense of community within the firm.

Qualifications

• Legal/attorney development experience or background required.
• Ability to design and manage L&D programs grounded in adult learning theory.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities with prior people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a feedback cadence and support growth across the firm.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with partners and firm leadership.
• Create a sense of community and belonging for associates.
• Own learning & development programs end-to-end, including course design.
• Coach and mentor associates, resolving performance concerns.
• Use data to identify utilization gaps and drive action.
• Contribute to talent acquisition efforts and relate US employment law to development.
• Speak with authority to strengthen the firm’s view on its people.
