LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a law firm to recruit a Legal Talent Development Manager to evolve and expand attorney development initiatives. This newly created role offers the chance to build upon existing programs while shaping innovative learning and career development strategies for attorney growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in attorney development or related field within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or J.D. preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and attorney development best practices.
• Interest in emerging legal industry trends, including AI and legal technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice group leaders to assess attorney development needs and implement targeted training and career development programs.
• Design and manage curricula focused on substantive legal training and professional skills development.
• Develop and execute experiential learning opportunities and technology-enabled training initiatives.
• Research emerging industry trends, including AI and other legal technologies, and integrate innovative approaches into attorney development programs.
• Support and enhance mentoring, sponsorship, and coaching initiatives.
• Advise and coach attorneys on career planning, professional development, and advancement opportunities.
• Analyze program feedback and evaluation data to identify trends and continuously improve development offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on firmwide talent development priorities and strategic initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members while contributing to overall team success.
