Thomas J. Henry Law seeks a Learning & Development Attorney to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for attorneys, paralegals, and staff. You will develop onboarding, CLE, leadership training, and curriculum focused on personal injury litigation and trial preparation.

The role blends litigation expertise with instructional design to strengthen skills, client service, and firm performance across a high-volume practice.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active Texas law license.
• 5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, legal training, attorney development, or professional development.
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation and trial preparation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement attorney and staff learning and development programs.
• Design onboarding, CLE, professional development, and leadership training initiatives.
• Create curriculum focused on personal injury litigation, case management, client advocacy, negotiations, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Develop learning experiences including workshops, simulations, and e-learning.
• Coordinate CLE-accredited training and measure program effectiveness.
