Job summary

Athletico is seeking an L&D Specialist to drive the Talent Development and employee engagement strategy. You will implement leadership development and enterprise onboarding programs, creating materials with Articulate 360 and Canva while using MedBridge LMS for compliance training.

You’ll design and facilitate sessions, collaborate with managers to improve engagement, and manage post-training learning through Microsoft Teams. A strong background in HR/education and LMS tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education or related fields.
• 3+ years of Learning & Development, Org Development or HR experience.
• 5 years of admin or training program planning experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning tools; ability to design and deliver training.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills across organization levels.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise-wide talent development programs, including leadership training and onboarding.
• Design training materials (eLearning) using Word, Canva, and Articulate 360.
• Support change management and employee engagement improvements.
• Plan and run engagement initiatives and new-hire orientation across the organization.
• Facilitate training sessions and onboarding programs.
• Leverage Teams to manage post-training learning and program effectiveness.
• Assist with LMS (MedBridge) planning and annual compliance training.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate training effectiveness and content development.
