Job summary

Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to implement talent development and onboarding programs across the enterprise. You will design training materials, facilitate sessions, and support engagement initiatives to improve retention and culture.

The role requires 3+ years in L&D or HR and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, or related field. Proficiency with LMS and eLearning tools is essential; travel is limited and the environment is collaborative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education or related field.
• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Org Development or HR.
• 5 years of admin/training program planning preferred.
• Experience with LMS and eLearning tools.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide talent development programs and onboarding initiatives.
• Designs training materials and eLearning content (e.g., Articulate 360).
• Supports change management and employee engagement enhancements.
• Plans and executes onboarding and new-hire orientation programs.
• Facilitates training sessions and manages post-training learning.
