Job summary

F&M Bank is seeking a Learning and Development professional to design, implement, and maintain employee training programs across the organization. You will work with business lines to align content with strategic goals and convert traditional courses into digital, on-demand formats.

You will lead onboarding, manage LMS activities, collaborate with subject matter experts, and assist with training budgets. A degree in HR or business and 3+ years of design experience, including Articulate

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or business-related program or 3+ years in training.
• Learning & curriculum design experience – asynchronous on-demand learning.
• Proficiency in design software such as Articulate Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Employee Orientation with HR to evolve onboarding content.
• Convert offerings to digital on-demand learning formats.
• Collaborate with power users to ensure follow-up and retention.
• Plan training needs with SMEs and maintain LMS curricula.
• Administer LMS, create users, assign training, track progress.
