Job summary

F&M Bank is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design and maintain employee training aligned with our strategic plan. The role focuses on converting training to digital formats and implementing new learning technology for asynchronous delivery.

You will work with HR and business lines to close skill gaps, lead onboarding, and manage LMS activities, reporting and budgeting in a collaborative banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in HR or business-related program or 3 years of equivalent training experience.
• Experience designing learning and curricula, including asynchronous (on-demand) formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and maintenance of learning and development for employee career growth.
• Convert current offerings to digital on-demand learning.
• Collaborate with subject experts and HR to align training with strategic plan.
• Provide timely reporting for assignment tracking and budgets.
• Administer LMS and manage users, courses and progress.
