Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related work experience OR
• Two years of college and 7 years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis at departmental and team levels
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) to create effective learning experiences
• Design learning solutions grounded in adult learning theory
• Partner with business lines to identify learning gaps and design solutions
• Develop self-paced learning content, job aids, tools, and resources
• Conduct engaging training sessions in virtual and in-person formats
• Administer behavioral and strengths-based assessments
• Facilitate assessment debrief sessions
• Support and manage vendor relationships for learning curricula
• Evaluate program effectiveness and measure learning outcomes
• Collaborate on development programs for talent pipeline
• Support leadership development programs
• Contribute to enterprise-wide development initiatives
