Job summary

PNC is seeking an in-office Learning & Talent Development Consultant to support Talent Solutions & Delivery initiatives. The role can be based in multiple U.S. cities, including Pittsburgh, Chicago, or Cleveland.

You will design, deliver and optimize development programs, partner with HR and business leaders, and provide guidance to managers on learning strategies. Ideal candidates bring experience in instructional design, program management, and analytics, with a focus on growing employee

Qualifications

Experience in learning and talent development design and delivery.
Ability to consult with business and HR leaders to set learning priorities.
Strong project management, consultation, instructional design and technology skills.
Ability to communicate testing, deployment and change management plans.

Responsibilities

Consults, curates, designs, develops, facilitates and advises on learning solutions that fulfill business objectives.
Partners with business and HR leaders to establish and measure learning priorities.
Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver initiatives using project management and instructional design.
