Job summary

Third Federal in Cleveland is seeking a Learning & Development Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging learning experiences for associates. You will apply adult learning principles to create instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning materials that align with our L&D mission.

The role starts onsite and shifts to a hybrid schedule after training. Candidates should have at least five years of training design and delivery experience, with expertise in Articulate, Camtasia, and Captivate,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in training analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
• Familiarity with banking and finance industry is preferred.
• Proficient in designing instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication to translate complex content into learning.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ILT, virtual, blended, and eLearning content following ADDIE.
• Storyboard, script, and create digital learning solutions including videos and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define objectives and outcomes.
• Select instructional methods, prepare materials, and manage project timelines.
• Conduct quarterly reviews for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of programs.
• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual sessions.
• Travel to various locations for needs analysis and SME consultation (approx. 10% travel).
• Perform additional duties to support the Learning & Development team.
