Job summary

Paychex is seeking a Learning Architect in Cincinnati, OH to strategically design and develop learning solutions that drive measurable performance improvements. You will lead design planning, collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs, and ensure learning experiences are engaging, pedagogically sound, and aligned to business outcomes.

The role also involves evaluating programs using established frameworks and coordinating with a Program Manager across a portfolio of initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Learning architecture, instructional design, or a similar role with proven outcomes.
• Experience managing learning projects through intake, analysis, SME engagement, quality review, and delivery coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps and align learning solutions with business goals and KPIs.
• Lead the design of comprehensive learning solutions with detailed storyboards and design plans.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and coordinate project milestones, risks, and resources.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g. Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure learning impact.
• Drive innovation by integrating simulations and complex learner interactions; coordinate final delivery activities.
